All members will be expected to sign a waiver upon-check-in.  In addition to outlining the privacy expectations of the event, these waivers will indicate that the event rules have been reviewed, are fully understood and are agreed to by the attendee.  Management reserves the right to evict any attendee violating the rules of the event

Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to the attendees of this event.  Any details with regards to persons in attendance, activities viewed, conversations heard, or information gathered at this event are to remain confidential.  Persons in violation of the confidentiality clause will be banned from future events hosted at this site or by this group, and potentially those hosted by other groups.  Where applicable, legal action may be taken against the perpetrator.

All recording devices are prohibited on the grounds with the exception specified in the next rule.  This includes mobile phones and cameras.

The use of mobile phones and cameras is strictly limited to your allotted campsite, directed only at your site, and with the express permission of each person present. Violators to this rule will have their device confiscated and/or be asked to leave the park immediately with out refund.

Fire(s) must not be left unattended.  Failure to comply will result in the fire(s) being extinguished and/or a minimum $50 file.

Sexual activities and/or displays are prohibited in and around the washrooms, the showers, the recreation hall, the pool, the snack wagon and/or the store. Please be considerate and discreet of others when choosing a location. Park management reserves the right to relocate individuals if play location is deemed inappropriate at anytime.

BDSM-related activities, open wounds, glass, and/or sharp objects are prohibited in and around the pool.

Knives, swords and other cutting instruments must be sheathed, or contained, at all times; except when in use for scene or eating in approved areas.

Nudity is confined to designated areas only. Please inquire at park office for details.

Attendee identification must be worn at all times.  Missing identification must be replaced immediately and this is the responsibility of the attendee.  Management reserves the right to charge for these replacements.

Permission is required prior to touching anyone else or anything belonging to another person.  In addition, scenes must be completely consensual and may be ended by any participant of the scene at any time.  The Management, the event organizers and/or their designates may also terminate a scene at any time without explanation or prejudice.

Limits and safe-words are to be respected.  The universal safe-word is RED and will indicate that a scene must stop immediately.  Should this word be used and go unrecognized, the Dungeon Master (DM) or park staff will step in and stop the scene.  In the event that speech is prevented, the DM or park staff must be made aware of a visual cue to be used as a safety signal.

Breath play must not block the intake of air for more than 30 seconds.

Scenes involving or resulting in airborne bodily fluids (blood, semen, ejaculate, etc.) are prohibited in communal spaces on the grounds.

Drop cloths are required for play involving bodily fluids (penetration, piercing, cutting, etc.), wax play, food play, and any other activities that may result in a mess.  The play space must be left in the same condition or better than it was prior to play commencing.

Percussion play on open wounds is prohibited.

Provide a wide berth around play spaces in order to prevent injury to the participants or observers and to allow for scenes to progress without interruption by audience speech.

Once a scene is in progress, do not interrupt the participants or attempt to participate without having negotiated your involvement prior to commencement of the scene.

Participants are not to be left unattended at anytime or anywhere while engaging in a scene.

Scenes involving the use of fire must be approved by the management prior to commencement.  Participants must always have a fire extinguisher present and are solely responsible for any resulting liability/liabilities.

Take care when using the equipment that has been kindly donated to the event.  Use of the equipment is at the user’s own risk; participants are responsible for their own safety when using the equipment provided.

Equipment must be cleaned immediately after a scene; using the products supplied by the management and/or the event organizers.

The Park has a noise free policy between the hours of 1 am and 9am every day of the week.   Please be considerate of your camping neighbors and the Park neighbors.  Anyone found in violation of this rule will be asked to desist only once, further violations will result in immediate expulsion from the campground with no possibility of a refund.  Play during this time is encouraged in the nature trail area.

The Rules & Regulations of The Point are also in effect and not superseded by the Rules of this event; with the exception of the ‘male-members only designation’. All individuals MUST review the general park rules prior to attending this event.

The Management reserves the right to amend these rules without notice or publication during the event.
